My wife and I live in Piara Waters, have three adult children and four grandchildren. Does that make me old? Not really, it makes me able to look at life with more reality. I understand the stages that we have to go through and some of the traps that can snare us along the path.

I have run my own businesses as well as held senior management positions in others, I have swept the floors and cleaned the desks. What I am saying is that maturity brings experience and the ability to understand the problems.
